We are so excited to have you shop with us!  Most of our items are handmade right here in the USA!  Some items, are from suppliers and vendors throughout the world. 

Note: Items are often shipped from different designers and vendors, so please don't be alarmed if you receive one package and there are items missing from it.  Often times you can expect to received multiple shipments with a larger order.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for an order to pack, pick, and prepare for shipment.  5-7 days

Handmade Items can take 10-14 days for production, depending on current volume of orders. 

Delivery Time: The amount of time it typically takes for your order to deliver once shipped.  Typical US destination delivery time is 8-15 business days after order shipped.

 Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse and are scanned in by the carrier. For lost packages, please contact the carrier.
